Wrong sizes

I ordered a size 8 in these two rings and got a size 6.
I have reached out multiple times to customer support and have received nothing back.
I normally have no problem with this company and have been a big supporter. But the lack of communication is pretty lame, and now I have two rings that I cannot wear

fits well, doesn't get caught in clothes that much, shiny, hasn't turned my skin a weird color lol. i wear it all the time!!
